Maintain a friendly and approachable tone within the entire content. Make sentences easy for preschoolers to understand and do not use any complex words/jargon. Envisage clarity and positivity in all your communications. Put content that focuses on the development and learning of the early childhood first. Utilize activities, stories, and games that promote cognitive, social and emotional growth. Use bright colors, joyful fonts and interesting pictures to grab the attention of the young age kids. Make sure that the images are of appropriate age and are reinforcing the educational content Develop strict protocols to protect the privacy of the children Create an ethnic and culture diverse characters with the ability and family structure within the site. Make sure that every child, no matter their background, feels part of the narratives, images, and activities. Give them the resources, tips, and knowledge for parents to help their child’s learning at home. Add articles, guides and print-outs which can be used by parents to reinforce the concepts discussed on the web-site.
